Digital Photography | Assistant Professor

Marian Beneš graduated at the Film Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (FAMU). He received his Master of Fine Arts degree at the Department of Photography. He was awarded a Fulbright scholarship for Graduate Studies in 2000, and from 2001 to 2003 studied in a certificate program at the International Center of Photography in New York City, where he also worked as a Teaching Assistant. In addition to teaching at the Prague Institute, he also teaches at the Private School of Art and Advertising–Orange Factory, in Prague and the Faculty of Art and Design, J. E. Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem, Applied & Advertising Photography Department. He is the Assistant Professor of Prof. Miroslav Vojtěchovský. He also works on his own projects and assignments, many of which have been widely exhibited.
