General Studies | Professor

Marlon L. Winters is the Jefferson Pilot Professor of Business at High Point University. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in management, marketing, organizational behavior, human resource management, and communications.  He has taught at High Point since 1992, and currently works on special study abroad projects for the university in addition to his teaching. His publications have appeared in numerous business journals. He conducts research on human resource issues in areas of sexual harassment and performance appraisal.
