Masters of Accounting | Alumni Distinguished Professor

Dr. Bruce C. Branson is Alumni Distinguished Professor of Accounting in the College of Management at North Carolina State University. He also serves as Associate Director of the NC State Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Initiative and, in that capacity, speaks widely on issues involving implementation of ERM processes in for-profit, non-profit, and governmental organizations. Bruce teaches business courses in the Jenkins Graduate School of Business that focus on mergers and acquisitions accounting and on the use of derivatives as risk mitigation instruments. Bruce has been recognized as an award-winning teacher at NC State—most recently he was named the Ernst & Young Teaching Fellow within the Department of Accounting.
